Terms & Conditions

Payments

  • A 50% Non-Refundable Admin fee (NRA) also referred to as a booking or reservation fee is required to reserve a date. This contract is void if the reservation fee is not paid.

  • The balance due (50%) as stipulated by the payment agreement, should be paid in full within 30 days after the Wedding day

​

  • Visuals by Jered reserves the right to cancel this contract and provide no coverage if payments are not made on time.

​

  • The travel fee will be R15 p/km for locations over 30km from the Cape Town, CBD (return)

 

  • Any special, out-of-the-ordinary, surprise events during the ceremony or reception must be brought to our attention prior to the event.

Change in date, Cancellation

  • If the booking parties request a change in date, the reservation fee is transferable and prices are still guaranteed, however depending on availability for the new date and as long as the new date is within (60) days from the original booking and the request is received (30) days from the original date. If the new date is more than (90) days from the original booking any new pricing in effect will apply.

 

  • The NRA will only be refunded in case of death (Proof will be required).

Delivery of finished product

  • Client will be notified immediately when the final product is ready

  • Once ready, the final product will be uploaded to Jered du Plessis' online drive, a link will be sent where it can be downloaded only by the client

​

  • Client will also receive a custom Visuals by Jered USB when choosing the Platinum or Diamond package

​

  • This video will stay on Jered du Plessis' online drive for only 90 days (3 Months) 

​

  • Mastering and Editing will take approximately 1 - 2 months to produce from the date of the event
